Zero Electricity Wine Storage
It would be neat to have an insulating wine rack/storage area which didn't require any electricity. Make the walls of the device heavily insulated and use none electrical means to keep humidity at premium levels. You could probably offer a lock option as well. Vibration and light resistant features as well.
