How can you keep food warm when you're serving a crowd for one of the sports world's best-known events? For the executive chef at Churchill Downs, the Paragon Smart Cooking System did the trick—and the custom accessories made at FirstBuild were the answer. This was a custom build to meet the need of a commercial customer using one of our hero products as the base.
