5-6 burner coil electric range.
30” free standing range with 5 or 6 burners instead of traditional four.
Who
People with large families and people like myself who cooks multiple dishes.
What
Make use of unused space on a traditional free standing range. I’ve waited 30 years for someone to invent this range. We are a family of six plus my dad who is next door. I cook a lot, nearly every day and multiple dishes. 4 burners just aren’t enough. If you can put 4 turners on a 20” wide range then why must they’re only be 4 burners on a 30” range.
How
A 5 or 6 burner coil range would be a time saver and a game changer for moms like me. I do not like the flat top stoves, I like an old fashion coil burner. But it takes forever to cook a large meal on my 4 burner GE range. I have plenty of counter space so I don’t use the empty space between my burners to lay things (spoon rest etc). Let’s face it, that surface is too hot to use anyway. Why not add another burner or 2 in that big empty space. You already make a 5 burner flattop, do the same for coil ranges. I even see flattops with the huge burners for the oversized pots and pans. I’d love to have one of those along with 2 or 3 regular large burners and 2 or 3 small burners. The possibilities are endless.
Competitors
I have searched the internet multiple times and neither a 5 or 6 coil burner range exists. I have discussed this idea multiple friends and family who say they would definitely purchase. My current range is 12 years old and I’d love to buy a new one but I keep holding out hope that someone will make a 5 or 6 coil burner range before my current GE range tests up.
