Power Rolling Pin
An automatically operated rolling pin.
Who
You have a rolling pin, that is weighted. @ either end of the rolling pin are attached 2 arms that have bearings so the pin can roll. The arms are attached to a power unit, and downward force/ pressure is exerted through the arms, so pressure can be applied to the dough, or whatever the rolling pin is being used for. The base unit move the rolling pin back and forth, and w/ an orbital action, to cover a greater dough area, than just the immediate path of the pin. IT can have different modes: straight back and forth, circular area, etc, and a pause function, where you could roll some dough, pause it, and then reposition the dough where it couldn't reach.
What
To ease up on some of the strain of pie and bread making.
How
Give a break to Moms, as well as commercial applications.
