With the Monogram Smart Hearth Oven, you can cook a Neapolitan pizza in 2 minutes flat. The oven reaches temperatures of up to 800 degrees on the stone and 1300 degrees in the oven. Installation is simple, and requires no external venting thanks to its innovative smoke elimination system.
The Monogram Smart Hearth Oven started primarily for pizza, and was co-created at FirstBuild with famous pizza shops throughout the country and a renowned pizza chef.
Each original Hearth Oven has been crafted at FirstBuild’s on-site microfactory and hand-assembled by our team. The newest Hearth Oven generation is now produced at our sister facility, Co-CREATE Stamford.
The Monogram Smart Hearth Oven includes integrated WiFi to connect to various home smart devices, as well as an LCD screen to easily control the oven settings. Controls on the screen allow you to customize the heat in the oven depending on the desired temperature.
