When food debris accumulates on this flat mesh, it quickly covers the entire drainage area and blocks water flow. Users must constantly stop and clean the strainer — a major source of frustration and thousands of negative product reviews. It is a daily pain point for every person who cooks at home

What
I have modified the design of kitchen sink strainer. I am introducing a triangular central cone which gives a way out for water.
How
• 3–4 times faster drainage when loaded with food • Greatly reduces clogging • Identical drop-in fit to existing strainers — no modification of sink required • Same manufacturing cost as current mesh strainers
Competitors
I see some strainer with central cylindrical cone but with central triangular cone and increased height my design works better.
