Hot Oil Kitchen Pump
This is a pump that pumps the excess oil off the top of your pressure cooked meats or greasy foods oil
Who
This is an appliance that appeals to all especially the health conscious. Lots of people like to eat meat but when it's pressure cooked much oil settles on top. Instead of paper paper towels in your food to absorb the excess oil a simple pump could be used.
What
Develop an appliance with a heated cistern similar to a water kettle' electrical system with a pump. The heating system should reheat the oil before it goes through the pump so that the pump does not get clogged.. there should be a heat resistant hose going from the cistern with the pump and a nozzle with a filter included. This hose or attachment will be placed in the hot pot to remove excess oil. The appliance should only be used for liquid oils. The appliance could have a 2 way pump which also allows pumping out of oil from the cistern also. The attachment should be easily cleaned by detaching and washing in warm water or and pumping warm water from the cistern through the attachment.(It could be smaller than the small vacuum which I uploaded)
How
Lower calories meals, safety against heat - safer than putting paper towels to suck up excess oil, user friendly, multiple use as it can also be used as a frying oil transfer pump , it's a pump and cistern in one facilitating storage and proper disposal
