This will help home cookie bakers who have been in search for a truly electric powered cookie press. Battery operated ones do not work correctly. Bakers are always bemoaning that the "Super Shooter" is not available any longer. Ebay has a few but they are expensive and who knows what kind of shape they are in.

Electric powered means it doesn't need batteries that die quickly when making a large quantity of cookies and doesn't require hand strength (which is waning in older bakers) for manual cookie presses.

Believe me- the item has been searched for. The internet's idea of "electric" is battery operated. NOT what home bakers are asking for- most that are marketed have poor reviews with dense dough.
