Have you ever wondered why ovens cook at precise temperatures like 325°, but cooktops are limited to a scale of numbers or ambiguous settings like low, medium and high? Every home chef, foodie and new cook alike, has experienced the frustration of burning the first pancake, only to undercook the second.

FirstBuild’s newest innovation, the Paragon mat, solves this problem by precisely controlling pan temperature. While a lot of the details are still forthcoming – the Indiegogo campaign launches Wednesday, January 4 – it operates on the same basic feedback control technology that we developed for the original Paragon Induction Cooktop. The burner receives a constant feed of information from a sensor that is in direct contact with the pan so your cookware temperature is precisely where you want it to be.

Cooking methods like searing and sautéing can sometimes feel like you are walking a tightrope. If the temperature is too low, it can take forever to cook and you don’t get any of the benefits of caramelizing (that effect that makes your food taste so good). If the temperature is too high, your food could burn on contact. With the new Paragon mat, you will never have to worry about adjusting the dial on your stove again. Consistent temperature means consistent results, allowing even novice home chefs to nail recipes that they never dreamed of being able make at home.

    For while now I have an idea about a cooking stove, the paragon is on its way of my concept bhut it is not all, not eveything that I have in mind.

    Imagine that anyone, his ore her can make any dish no mather how difficult whit non cooking experience at all. What I already saw from another company and supermarkets here in the Netherlands, is that they have build a solid foundation of another idea that they have implanted in the market, that a small amount of people uses now, and is not going away because the ease of it and it is the future of shopping grocery’s , whit my idea on top of it, we can build a skyscraper.

    This is, because every household would want the product, that is now just a concept.
    And actually we don´t even need there foundation, ingredients is all they need to provide,
    was just making a strong point.
