There has been so much talk about all of the amazing things that the Paragon Induction Cooktop can do. However, most of the talk has been centered around the ability to “sous vide” or make perfectly cooked fried foods. But, Paragon is capable of so much more than that, and we wanted to show you! So we thought, what better way to show the ease of use and versatility of the Paragon Induction Cooktop than to make a dessert that’s difficult to make…crème brûlée.
While the ingredients in crème brûlée are very simple, the traditional method for making it can be quite difficult. As you can see from the video, Paragon makes the process just as simple as the ingredients. The entire recipe consisted of just four ingredients; egg yolks, sugar, salt, and heavy cream.
As you probably already know, we launched Paragon on Indiegogo back on February 2nd with a goal of raising $50,000. To date, we have raised nearly $300,000!
